like most businesses nowadays, so do we have to face the unfortunate challenges of the Novel Corona Virus (SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19) and it’s impact in our daily lives. Our focus is primarily placed on protecting our colleagues while properly maintaining a smooth flow in our business operations. This also means, fulfilling our obligations to our clients and partners.
Following the guidelines set by the health authorities, all meetings and events have been cancelled or are postponed until further notice. This includes personal meetings and on site visits as well as our participation in medical congresses and exhibitions worldwide. Our colleagues can be reached at their home office via their known contact information. We encourage the use of video conference to the extent where it’s possible and deemed necessary. Exceptions requiring the physical presence of our sales team or product specialists at your premises must be individually agreed with your contact person ensuring that all safety protocols are being met to eliminate the risk of cross contamination. Concerning our warehouse capacity, we have colleagues working in rotating shifts and deliveries are expected to be fulfilled as promised. We ask for your understanding in specific cases where there may be slight unforeseen delays due to this unprecedented situation.
