Job Description:

The Sales Manager, International represents MICRO-TECH in a professional manner and is responsible for organizing and supervising the distribution partners in the assigned region.

The Sales Manager, International is responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans in collaboration with the distributors, achieving the set goals and coordinating workshops, training measures and KOL relationship building with Marketing- and Product Specialist Teams.

Ideal candidates will have experience within the GI endoscopy environment, preference given to those with skills in interventional GI endoscopy. A successful Sales Manager, International  will be a self-motivated, with exceptional communication skills and a high intercultural competence. He/she will have a strong desire to work in partnership with others to achieve successful team outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • To further promote MICRO-TECH brand together with the distribution partners and to establish it with positive values
  • Setting strategies and individual sales targets with the distribution partners
  • Guiding and supervising the sales performance to meet the targets
  • Establishing, maintaining and intensifying direct contact with opinion leaders
  • Planning and conducting local workshops together with distribution partners
  • Conducting or organizing training and education formats for distributors and users
  • Working closely with various cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Product Management and supporting such departments in implementing marketing measures and objectives
  • Coordinating with other Sales Managers, International for a globally harmonized and standardized market approach
  • Performing other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 3 years of successful related business experience in medical device product management, medical device marketing, or medical device sales
  • Preference to candidates with experience in therapeutic GI endoscopy
  • Preference to candidates with experience in endoluminal stents

Essential Functions of the Job:

This job requires extensive internationaltravel (approximately 50+ %) whichwill entail frequent overnight stays.Although some portion of the work week may be spent at Micro-Tech Europe or in the employee’s home office, a large part of the essential responsibilities will be performed at customer sites.
